Crystalbrook Byron

Narellan Pools have booked the entire Crystalbrook Byron resort for your exclusive use.

Nestled in 45 acres of sub-tropical rainforest, Crystalbrook Byron resort is a serene sanctuary where mornings stretch out by the infinity pool, afternoons linger over produce-led dining, and evenings glow with cocktails as the treetops darken into night. It is here where wake-up calls come from birdsong, not iPhones.

The resorts suites designed with “space and seclusions in mind.” Each opens to a private balcony overlooking the forest canopy, so mornings begin with the call of the Eastern Whipbird and the rustle of leaves rather than alarms. Step beyond the tress and within a 10-minute stroll, you with reach Tallow Beach, one of Byron’s least developed stretches of sand, where locals still gather for dawn swims and dolphin sightings.

It is important to note that the resort doesn’t have a kids club.

Accommodation

All suites are near identical. Each located within different parts of the rainforest, with large floorplans, balconies, separate bedroom and lounge areas. They are essentially medium size suites.

We have paid for an exclusive buyout of the whole Crystalbrook Byron Resort for our conference dates – this includes sole use of all 92 accommodation rooms, the food and beverage outlets, and facilities such as the pool and yoga (note this does not include exclusive use of the Eléme Spa). This means our group will be the only guests staying at the hotel during these dates!

For this reason, it is compulsory for all delegates to stay together at the Crystalbrook Byron Resort, and for your accommodation to be booked via the official conference website, managed by Events Beyond.

  • SINGLE OCCUPANCY 

    A one night stay has a nightly rate of AUD$354.50 (includes breakfast for 1 guest per room per night).   

    The total cost for a 3 night stay is AUD$1,063.50 (includes breakfast daily for 1 guest).

     

    DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

    A one night stay has a nightly rate of AUD$384.50 (includes breakfast for 2 adult guests per room per night).   

    The total cost for a 3 night stay is AUD$1,153.50 (includes breakfast daily for 2 adult guests).

    The discounted corporate suite rate is available both three days prior and post the event – subject to availability.

  • The Crystalbrook Byron can cater for families or a group travelling together within the maximum occupancy per suite as follows: 

    • 3 adults

    • 2 adults + 1 child

    • 2 adults + 2 children (ages up to 14 years)

    • 1 adult + 3 children (ages up to 14 years)

    EXTRA PERSON CHARGES

    Please Note: For all accommodation suites, the existing bedding will accommodate up to 2 guests.  Any additional guests & bedding requirements will incur an additional fee of $75 per night for extra bedding to be placed in the room and serviced daily.

    Additional costs are as follows: 

    • Additional adult $75 per night (maximum 3 adults in the room)

    • Additional children aged 5 - 14 years $75 per night

    • Additional children aged 0 - 5 years, a cot can be provided free of charge 

  • Breakfast for any additional guests are charged as follows:

    • Adults (15 years plus) $30 per day 

    • Children (6 - 14 years) $15 per day

    • Children (0 - 5 years) Free

  • There are a very limited number of interconnecting rooms (2 bedroom suites) available at the conference hotel.  If you require an interconnecting room please ensure you indicate this in the special requests text box when selecting your room when registering, be sure to get in early to avoid disappointment.
