2026 Narellan Pools Conference

Bryon Bay, NSW, Australia

Welcome to the Edge of Everything

Byron Bay isn’t just a destination; it’s a shift in frequency. There’s a reason why we are gathering our franchise family at the easternmost point of the Australian mainland, to plot our path forward with you.

Why Byron?

We chose this backdrop because Byron Bay is the ultimate proof of concept for vision and transformation. It’s a place that evolved from a rugged whaling port into a global icon of lifestyle and entrepreneurship. It reminds us that with the right approach, working together, the extraordinary is possible.

Here’s what makes this patch of coastline the perfect venue for our conference:

  • The First Light: Being the first place in Australia to see the sunrise, Byron represents new beginnings and clarity. It’s the ideal environment to listen to your input, share our plans and align on the road ahead.

  • Playing to Win: Byron attracts people who aren’t satisfied with the status quo—artisans, innovators, and leaders who prioritise quality of life alongside hard work. That’s the same DNA we see in every one of our franchisees.

  • The Natural Reset: Between the salt air and the hinterland, there’s a built-in "unplug" factor in Byron. We’re going to work, but we’re also here to recharge, to reflect on the year and celebrate our achievements. More importantly it's a chance to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones.

Our network is what makes us different and better than the competition. When done right, together we can achieve the extraordinary.

This year’s program promises an inspiring mix of learning and celebration, with interactive sessions, a thought-provoking keynote address, valuable networking moments, and activities designed to spark fresh thinking and strengthen relationships.
